OPPD crews were busy with power restoration following the Jan. 31-Feb.1 winter storm that left eight inches or more of snow in the area. Among them was troubleshooter Aaron Prohaska, who let photographer Andrew Roger accompany him on his calls.
A troubleshooter’s role is to respond to emergency outages and calls for service. They identify problems and make repairs or arrange for repairs by line technicians, underground crews or other specialized personnel.
