This circuit outage was partially restored at 10:47 a.m. Any remaining outage is a result of precautionary measures related to flooding in the area.

An OPPD troubleshooter is patrolling a circuit in the Ashland area that is experiencing an outage. A total of 547 customers are affected. The area is bound by Fairview Road to the north, Southview Circle to the south, Highway 31 to the east and Second Street and Highway 6 to the west.

The cause of the outage is unknown at this time and an estimated time of restoration cannot be determined until an inspection is complete.
