Vehicle accident resulting in outage to 2100

Materials have arrived and a crew has begun repairs for the 750 customers who remain out. The outage should be restored by 9 p.m. or sooner.

3:23 p.m.

A majority of this outage has been restored. However, 750 customers will remain without power until service is switched to other circuits.
A restoration time will be coming after the crews can assess the situation.

Sunday, Sept. 4, 3 p.m.

A two vehicle accident has damaged some electrical structures in central Omaha. As a result, 2,145 customers without power. The affected area is bound by Pine Street on the north, F Street on the south, 45th Street on the east and 75th Street on the west. OPPD personnel are at the scene, which involves downed lines and poles. An estimated restoration time has not been assigned.
