A circuit lockout in central Omaha left 2,223 customers without power Tuesday afternoon. The area affected is bounded by Farnam Street to the south and Underwood Avenue to the north, between Saddle Creek Road and Happy Hollow Boulevard.
Troubleshooters are en route.
