OPPD responding to circuit lockout

3:58 p.m., January 22, 2024

Power has been restored to the circuit below, as of 3:53 p.m. Our crews were able to switch power over to another source to bring the lights back on while they work to determine the underlying cause of this afternoon’s power outage. Any additional work they may need to conduct is not expected to impact power further.

3:40 p.m., January 22, 2024

OPPD is responding to a circuit outage that’s impacting nearly 1,900 customers in Sarpy County. They lost power at 2:44 p.m. Those impacted are between Faulk Ave. and Quail Dr., between 24th Ave. and 48th St.

Our troubleshooters are looking for the cause so that we can restore power as quickly as safely possible.  We do not yet have an estimated time frame for restoration, but we will provide more information here when we have it.
