Power has been restored to the customers affected by this outage. The outage was caused by a problem with a lightning arrestor.

OPPD is responding to a power outage in west Omaha; 1,518 customers have been affected by this outage.
The impacted area is bounded by Marcy Street to the north and Haskell Street to the south, between 180th Street and 222nd Street.
We don’t know the cause at this time, but we will provide updates here as we receive more information.
