Power has been restored to remaining customers in Bellevue

Power has been restored to the remaining customers affected by a circuit lockout in Bellevue. The outage was caused by a failed underground cable.

11:55 a.m.

Power has been restored to most customers affected by this outage.

The customers who remain without power will be restored in phases, as work to locate the source of the interruption continues in the field. OPPD is working to make those restorations as quickly and safely as possible

Thursday, Aug. 25, 10:30 a.m.

A circuit lockout this morning in Bellevue left 1,804 customers without power. The area affected is between Faulk Avenue to the north and Quail Drive to the south, from 25th Avenue to 48th Street.

Three OPPD troubleshooters are in the area working to determine the cause of the outage. We will update here with more information as it becomes available.
