Morning storms left 2,162 customers without power in central Omaha. These customers are between the boundaries of Jones St. (north) and Dupont St. (south), between 46th St. and 66th St.
Troubleshooters found the problem – tree limbs in power lines at 52nd and Poppleton. We have a tree crew working to remove the obstruction so power can be safely restored. The estimated restoration time is 8:15 a.m., barring any unforeseen problems.
