OPPD has restored power to the 1,053 customers in Papillion affected by this morning’s outage.
We identified the cause as an animal that came into contact with a piece of equipment.
The area affected was bounded by Schram Road to the south and First Street to the north, between 84th Street to the west and Beechwood Avenue to the east.
