A crew is still on site working to complete this repair. The estimated time of restoration has been adjusted to 1 p.m., barring unforeseen circumstances.

We know how difficult it is to be without power, and our employees are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power to the remaining customers affected by this outage.

Power has been restored to most customers affected by this outage, which was caused by a failed switch.

A crew has been called to replace the failed switch. The remaining 33 customers still waiting for restoration should have their power back on by 8 a.m., barring unforeseen circumstances

July 9, 11:50 p.m.

A circuit lockout left 2,587 customers without power about 11:40 Friday night.

The area affected is bounded by Davenport Street to the north and Leavenworth Street to the south, between 28th Avenue and 37th Street.

We do not know the cause yet, but troubleshooters have been dispatched to investigate. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
